Thermoplastic Rubber Compounds (TPR)
Developed primarily for the manufacture of footwear outsoles, PRINTR compounds stand out for their excellent abrasion, flexion, and traction properties.
Formulated from copolymers, they are available in 55 and 65 hardnesses and also in their expanded version, offering great processing versatility and allowing their use by both injection and extrusion, depending on the requirements of the final product.
It is a safe, highly elastic, and recyclable compound, made from synthetic rubber, with high resistance to weathering and chemical products. Additionally, it maintains excellent flexibility even at low temperatures.
This material represents a new step towards our purpose of excellence and development for the community.
Multipolymeric Compound
RUBBERFLEX is a multipolymeric compound developed for applications that require high mechanical performance and durability, especially in the footwear industry. It is available in 55 and 65 hardnesses and also in its expanded version, combining different polymeric families to achieve an optimum balance between abrasion resistance, flexibility, and dimensional stability.
It is characterized by maintaining excellent flexibility at low temperatures, preserving its elastic behavior without becoming brittle, and by presenting very good flow control, which contributes to a longer lifespan of the final product. Likewise, it offers high chemical resistance, withstanding contact with aggressive agents and demanding environments without degrading its properties.
Due to its robustness, comfort, and reliability, RUBBERFLEX is an especially suitable option for soles and footwear components, where wear resistance, good elastic return, and consistent performance under intensive use conditions are required.
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)
PRINTPE is a thermoplastic elastomer that combines the elastic behavior of rubber with the processing advantages of thermoplastics.
It stands out for its high elasticity, excellent elastic recovery, and great thermal stability, maintaining its flexibility across a wide range of temperatures, even in cold conditions. Thanks to its polymeric structure, it also offers very good weathering, UV radiation, and aging resistance, making it a durable solution for multiple applications.
PRINTPE presents good chemical resistance to oils, detergents, and commonly used agents, and can be easily processed by injection or extrusion, allowing for high design freedom. Its versatility makes it known in the market as the "thousand and one uses" compound: depending on its formulation, it can be applied in weatherstripping and seals as well as in protective components, grips, flexible parts, or hearing protectors, adapting to different functional and aesthetic requirements.
